The Director contends the trial court lacked jurisdiction to grant that relief because Owen failed to timely file a petition seeking judicial review of the revocation of his driving privileges by the Department of Revenue (DOR). This Court agrees. The judgment reinstating Owens driving privileges is reversed, and the cause is remanded with directions.
