Per Curiam. Petitioners-appellants James and Dennis Crawford appeal from the district courts denial of their pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ? 2254. On appeal petitioners argue that the district court erred by applying a presumption of correctness to the state trial courts determination that petitioners were not denied effective assistance of counsel. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
